All photography services (weddings, elopements, couples sessions, etc.) are subject to a signed contract that outlines session details, deliverables, and payment terms.
In case of any inconsistencies between these Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract takes priority.

3. Booking & Payments
- A signed contract and retainer payment are required to officially book your date.
- Retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferable under certain circumstances (outlined in your individual contract).
- Final payment terms will be specified in your signed agreement.
If payment is not received as agreed, I reserve the right to withhold services or deliverables until the balance is paid in full.

4. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds
Life happens — I get it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible.
Policies regarding cancellations, reschedules, and retainers are detailed in your photography contract.
No refunds will be issued for completed services or work already performed.
If I ever have to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events, I’ll do everything I can to help find a trusted replacement or provide a full refund of any payments made.

5. Copyright & Image Use
All images captured by Jenna Noller Photography remain the copyrighted property of Jenna Noller Photography.
Clients receive personal usage rights, meaning you can print, share, and post your photos online for personal use (credit appreciated but not required).
Commercial use — like marketing, advertising, or selling your photos — requires written permission or a separate licensing agreement.
I reserve the right to use images for my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
